Bass Bride was my first non-cosplay concept photoshoot.

I wanted to try something different after years of planning cosplay photoshoots. I wanted to tell a story outside of a costume. I've always wanted to use the wedding dress I made for my Halloween costume the year prior.

This was around the time where I played my bass guitar almost daily. Instead of employing the help of a friend, I decided to dress my bass guitar in a suit and 'get married'. The vibe for this photoshoot was for it to be edgy & punk-rock. I wanted it to be vulgar. I wanted this wedding to look rough and raw. This meant heavy eyeliner, black nails and unladylike poses.

I had a lot of fun with this photoshoot.
